Yellow Corn (Proja) Flour

Produced from yellow corn, this flour is rich in easily digestible carbohydrates, making it easy to digest. As a fat-free source of carbohydrates from corn, it is an excellent component of food products.

It does not contain gluten and must be mixed with another type of flour for leavened doughs. It also contains a significant amount of minerals and vitamin E.
