Flour TYPE 400 (1, 5, 10 and 25 kg)

Purpose-made wheat flour type T-400 is a soft flour of distinctly white color and fine granulation. It is intended for the preparation of pastries made from final fermented doughs such as doughnuts, mekike, pancerotti, etc., where yeast is used as the leavening agent.

Through fine milling, white flour is obtained. By removing the grain bran and germ, the vitamin content is reduced, but this is precisely what gives it excellent baking properties.

It is used for the preparation of white bread and various types of fine pastries and cakes. White flour is also most commonly used for making homemade pasta.
